Dear friends, colleagues, mathematics enthusiasts and valued readers of my Mathematics with Mansur-abyy channel! 😊✌️ I am delighted to announce that, after five years of preparation, my work has finally been published — a work for which I have collected material throughout my life! 🎉 This is my new book, The Mathematician’s Bible.
Perhaps you are a beginning engineer or programmer? Have you spent considerable time and money on books and courses, only to freeze whenever formulas appear? Or perhaps you are already an experienced IT specialist, but struggle to understand the mathematics underlying your profession? Then this book is for you! It is a textbook with a broader purpose than the usual meaning of that word. My aim in writing it was to give a wide readership basic knowledge of algebra and an understanding of its concepts and methods, its place in mathematics and computer science, and its practical applications.
The Mathematician’s Bible covers the foundations of algebra. Without knowledge of this foundation, no science and no reliable applied system can be built.
The book’s material is presented in the familiar, accessible form of a lecture course and follows the methodological requirements of university programmes in education, economics and technology. It combines an introduction to algebra, abstract and linear algebra, number theory, polynomial theory, and the history of algebra. The course can be used in modules: readers can choose only the sections they need. The concentric presentation of the main concepts and methods also helps: after they are introduced, they recur many times at different levels of abstraction and in different situations.
The book may be useful to engineers and specialists across a wide range of disciplines: mathematics, physics, education and information technology.
